Aligned Health was founded by double boarded Emergency Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Alex Sommers, MD.  His Advanced Direct Primary Care practice has won transformational Health Plan awards for Wisconsin companies awarded by The Alliance, a 450 plus employer coalition.  The lack of patient focused plans, financial misalignment as well as a lack of strong fiduciary clinical plan partners helping employers and Midwest communities inspired him to become a Health Rosetta Advisor and obtain insurance licenses.  This community has been  instrumental in developing an alternative ecosystem inspiring health, enduring clinical relationships as well as mitigating and insuring proper risk that have collectively 'restored the American dream', reduced wage stagnation and helped employers provide a health care plan they can be proud of.
